the location was prime and quiet, 25 km to vienna international airport, perfectly reachable. a train station was set close to the hotel.

We stayed at Philsplace for a week with our family and it was fantastic. The classic and executive apartments were beautifully furnished, clean, and spacious. The executive apartment had a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and hills. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from public transportation. We also loved the all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant on the ground floor. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated their prompt assistance in moving our room late at night. The hotel also has a supermarket on the ground floor, making it easy to get everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to Philsplace Full-Service Apartments in the future.

Excellent personnel is with the customer service from the staff. The location is great in a fairly nice area, just next door to direct tram line and a dog park and a lake in which dogs seem to be allowed to swim as well and a lake.

The apartment had a spacious and well-decorated room, which was perfect for a family with kids. The self-check-in process was easy and convenient, allowing us to access the room quickly. We also enjoyed the fantastic view from the room, overlooking the city center and more.
The customer service from the staff was unsatisfactory. there was no flexibility with the check-in and check-out times, which made us question the value for money.
